Online Therapy in California
You may feel…
Something in your life isn't working the way you want it to. Maybe you've been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck for longer than you'd like to admit. Maybe you're going through the motions but feel disconnected from yourself or the people around you. Or maybe you sense that the same patterns keep showing up — in your relationships, your mood, or the way you respond to stress — no matter how hard you try to change them.
You don't have to have it all figured out to take a first step.
The difference awaits.
Whether it’s your relationship, work, or external stress, change is within reach. Discover a life
filled with purpose and contentment.
You may be dealing with:
-Anxiety, worry, or a mind that won't quiet down
-Low mood, exhaustion, or a sense that something is missing
-Painful experiences from the past that still shape how you feel today
-Relationships that feel stuck, distant, or repeatedly difficult
-A pattern of responses you can't seem to break, even when you want to
Through our work together, you can:
-Find more steadiness and calm in your daily life
-Understand the patterns that keep repeating and begin to respond differently
-Work through past experiences so they have less hold on your present
-Feel more secure and connected in your relationships
-Develop a clearer sense of who you are and where you want to go
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Everyone struggles in life…
But when you’ve done your best to turn things around and still find yourself in the same crappy place, it’s time to turn to a therapist.
What’s the first step toward change?
Negative patterns of behaving, thinking, and feeling can be challenging to change. I liken them to currents in a river. The first step in therapy is to become aware of the opposing currents that are not within your awareness.
I’ll guide you to move against these currents to make positive changes.
Eventually, you’ll be able to create more harmony and connection with others.
A Grounded, Personalized Approach
I work with both what feels most overwhelming right now and what may be shaping it underneath. Sometimes that means building steadiness first — helping you feel less flooded and more able to get through the week. From there, we can go deeper into the emotional patterns and past experiences that keep showing up.
I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and AEDP — experiential approaches that create real, lasting change. I work with adults of all backgrounds, and I bring particular experience working with men, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating cultural or family-of-origin pressures.
